摘要
提出了一种定子高度尺寸不足20 cm的直线型微型压电超声电机,并通过原理样机的实验研究证实其合理性和可行性。该电机体积小,输出功率较大,最大速度可达150 mm/s,输出推力为3 N,能满足一般的驱动和控制要求,适用于要求结构紧凑、成本相对较低的应用场合。
A kind of micro-linear piezoelectric ultrasonic motor is proposed.The height dimension of the stator is lower than 20 centimeters.The rationality and feasibility of linear ultrasonic moter has been confirmed through the principle prototype's experimental study.The motor with a small volume and big output power,has the maximum speed of 150 mm/s and the maximum output thrust of 3 N.It can satisfy the general requirements of the driver and control and is suitalbe for the compact structure and relatively low cost application.
