摘要
研究了纵 -扭复合型压电超声电机的几个关键问题 ,包括电机的工作原理 ,压电陶瓷的极化方式及其安放位置 ,电机定子的结构形式的选择及定子的结构动力学设计问题 ,最后设计并装配了一台直径 2 0 mm的电机 ,堵转扭矩达 2 .5kg· cm,无负载转速 35r/min,并指出装配中应注意的问题。实验表明 ,要求的频率和振型达到了设计要求。
In this paper, the following key problems in the ultrasonic motor of longitudinal and torsional vibrator combination type are discussed: mechanism of the motor, polarization and position of piezoelectric ceramic, selection of the shape of the stator, and the optimum design of structural parameters of the motor. A 20mm diameter motor is designed and fabricated. The motor's stalling torque is 2.5 kgf·cm, and the noload speed is 35 r/min. Some problems that demand our attention in the assembly of the mechine are presented. Experiment results show that the frequencies and modes fulfil design requirements.
