摘要
目的:系统评价通滞苏润江胶囊治疗急性痛风性关节炎有效性与安全性。方法:计算机检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据库、世界卫生组织国际临床试验注册平台、Pub Med、The Cochrane Library中已发表的文章,查找所有通滞苏润江胶囊治疗急性痛风性关节炎的随机对照试验,The CochraneLibrary检索时间为2015年第8期,其他数据库检索时间为1990年到2015年8月。由2位评价员按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入6个随机对照试验。通滞苏润江胶囊联合西药与西药对照组比较,其治疗痛风性关节炎的总有效率高于对照组,但痊愈率与对照组比较无明显优势;单用通滞苏润江胶囊与单用西药治疗痛风性关节炎也无明显的优势,但与单用痛风定胶囊比较总有效率高。实验室指标,通滞苏润江胶囊与西药组比较,在降低红细胞沉降率方面具有优势,但对降低C-反应蛋白没有明显优势;与单用痛风定胶囊中成药比较,在降低血尿酸和24 h尿尿酸方面具有优势,但在降低红细胞沉降率方面无明显优势。不良反应发生率,与西药组比较,在减少胃肠道反应方面有优势,肝肾功能损害发生率无明显优势,且其与单用痛风定胶囊中成药组比较也无明显的优势。结论:当前证据显示,通滞苏润江胶囊治疗急性痛风性关节炎有良好的疗效及安全性,受纳入研究数量和质量限制,上述结论尚待开展更多高质量研究加以证实。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tongzhi Surunjiang Jiaonang （ 通滞苏润江胶囊）in the treatment of acute gout arthritis.Methods：From CNKI,VIP, Wanfang Database,WHO ICTRP, PubMed,and The Cochrane Library （ the August Issue ） ,published articles and randomized controlled trials on the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with Tongzhi Surunjiang Jiaonang were retrieved.Except for those from The Cochrane Library, other data were retrieved from 1990 to August 2015.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,2 reviewers independently screened the literature,extracted data and evaluated the quality of the methodology.The RevMan 5.2 software was used for Meta analysis.Results：A total of 6 randomized controlled trials were included.Compared with the control group treated with western medicine,the total efficiency of Tongzhi Surunjiang Jiaonang combined with western medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis was higher, but the cure rate had no obvious advantages over the control group.Treating gouty arthritis with Tongzhi Surunjiang Jiaonang or western medicine only had no advantages,but their total effective rates were higher than that with Tongfengding Jiaonang （痛风定胶囊） the western medici Surunjiang Jiaonang ） .Compared with ne group,Tongzhi had advantages in reducing erythrocyte sedimentation rate,but had no advantages in lowering C-reactive protein.Compared with using Tongfengding Jiaonang only, Tongzhi Surunjiang Jiaonang combined with western medicine had advantages in lowering lowering blood uric acid and uric acid in urine of 24 hours,but had no advantages in decreasing the erythrocyte sedimentation rate.Compared with the western medicine group,Tongzhi Surunjiang Jiaonang combined with western medicine had advantages in reducing gastrointestinal reaction,but had no obvious advantages in the incidence rate of liver and kidney function damage,and it had no obvious advantage over using Tongfengding Jiaonang.Conclusion：Current evidence shows that Tongzhi Suru
