摘要
发育性髋关节脱位的确切病因尚不明确,其与内分泌性因素关系密切。髋关节脱位的发病率存在显著性别差异;雌激素对原代软骨细胞的作用亦有性别差异。动物实验研究和临床研究观察到雌激素与髋关节脱位相关。髋关节脱位的患儿的雌激素受体的存在酶切位点多态性。雌激素通过作用于髋关节的软骨,韧带和胶原等结构导致发育性髋关节脱位。
Although the exact etiology remains unknown, developmental dysplasia of the hip has been related to hormonal factors. There is gender-related difference in the response of primary chondrocytes to estrogen. Results in clinical and basic research revealed that congenital dislocation of the hip was closely related to abnormal estrogen and estrogen receptor palymorphisms. It has been reported that estrogen could influence the development of the hip joint and associated structures such as cartilage,ligament and collagen.
