摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效分析及不良反应。方法将104例2型糖尿病患者随机分为二组,分别为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药治疗。疗程均为12周,观察二组患者疗效,治疗前后FPG、餐后2hPG、HbA1c及血脂水平变化。结果观察组总有效率(86.54%)显著高于对照组(67.31%)(P<0.05);二组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);二组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c治疗后均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);观察组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c治疗后均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);二组各血脂指标水平治疗前比较无差异统计学意义(P>0.05);二组患者TG、TC治疗后较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),而HDL-C、LDL-C治疗后较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05);观察组患者TG、TC治疗后显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间不良反应发生情况比较。结论中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效显著,不良反应少,安全可靠,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine therapy of type 2 diabetes and its adverse reactions.Methods Totally 104 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,52 cases in each group.The control group received western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.A course of 12 weeks,efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment was observed on FPG,postprandial2 hPG,HbA1c and lipid levels.Results The total effective rate of the observation group（86.54%）was significantly higher than the control group（67.31%）（P〈0.05）.Two groups of patients on FPG,2hPG,HbA1 c before treatment were no significant difference（P〉0.05）;but they were significantly decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）,and they were also significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,serum lipid levels were no significant difference between the two groups of patients（P〉0.05）;but after treatment,the TG,TC levels of two groups were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）,and they were also significantly lower in the observation group than the control group,whereas HDL-C and LDL-C were no significant change before and after treatment（P〉0.05）.The adverse events were lack both of two groups during treatment.Conclusion Integrative Chinese and Western medicine therapy patients with type 2 diabetes has significantly clinical efficacy with a few adverse reactions,safe,reliable,and it is worthy of further application.
