摘要
针对汽车维修作业类型繁多和汽车随机到达的特点,在流程优化方法的基础上,采用离散事件仿真方法进行研究。以一个汽车维修企业的维修流程为例,建立仿真模型。仿真结果表明:当系统存在单一的瓶颈时,通过改变各种排序规则,可以显著提高系统的准时交付率;当瓶颈被打破时,改变维修任务的排序规则对提高系统的准时交付率无影响,但可以减小平均延迟时间。
According to the characteristics of various types of automobile repair work and random arrival, based on the process optimization method, uses discrete event simulation method is used to research,with an example of the repair process of an auto maintenance enterprise to establish the simulation model. The simulation results show that,when there is a bottleneck, changing various sorting rules can significantly improve the on-time delivery rate of the system;when the bottleneck is broken, changing ranking rules of maintenance tasks has no effect on improving the on-time delivery rate, but can reduce the average delay time.
