块石胶结充填体破坏过程主要破坏材料研究 被引量:7

摘要 块石胶结充填对降低废物排放,控制深部地压具有重要的环保和安全意义,研究分析充填体破环过程主要破坏材料有利于指导矿山充填。借助室内单轴抗压试验,在FFT频谱分析的基础上,根据块石胶结充填体各组成材料的声发射频谱图,得到各组成材料的振幅范围;将组成材料破坏全过程AE仪采集到的峰值频率划分为8个频段并利用物理统计方法对频谱特征进行分析,得到了各组成材料主频、次主频的范围以及峰频比。结果表明,因各组成材料的峰频比值不尽相同,具有一定的代表性,所以将其分析对比后,可作为辨别块石胶结充填体中主要破坏材料的参考依据。 The blocky rock cemented backfill is significant to environmental protection and safe production through reducing waste discharge and controlling deep ground pressure. To study and analyze the main harmful material is helpful to guide mine filling. With the help of indoor uniaxial compression test and based on the FFT spectrum analysis, the amplitude range of each component was obtained by the acoustic emission spectrum of each component. And the peak frequency of AE during the failure process was divided into 8 bands and each frequency characteristic was analyzed by physically statistical method. As a result, the ranges of the main frequency and the secondary frequency of each material were obtained, as well as the peak frequency ratio. The resuits showed that, due to the peak frequency ratio was different in each material component, it had a certain representative to be used as a reference for distinguishing the harmful material in the blocky rock cemented backfill.
