摘要 为了减少重载运输对道岔轨道结构的损坏,调节道岔固有的轨道不平顺和刚度不均匀,通过建立道岔全长范围内的三维有限元模型,将道岔不同位置的扣件系统组合刚度实测值作为输入参数,计算得到了道岔轨道垂向刚度的分布情况。在此基础上,采用分级设置弹性垫层的方法对道岔轨道刚度均匀化进行了研究。有限元模型的计算结果表明,道岔全长均存在刚度不均匀,辙叉区刚度增大最为显著;采用分级设置弹性垫层的方法,可以将辙叉区的轨道刚度平均值降低24%,其他区域的变化不超过8%,基本实现道岔轨道刚度的均匀化。 In order to reduce the damage to the turnout track structure under heavy haul transportation and adjust track irregularity and non-uniform stiffness,the three-dimensional finite element model of the entire length of the turnout was established.Taking the measured value of the combined stiffness of the fasten system at different positions of the turnout as the input parameters,the calculation of turnout vertical stiffness distribution was obtained.On this basis,the tie plate grading arrangement was adopted to raise the research on homogenization of turnout track stiffness.The calculation results of finite element model of turnout show that non-uniform stiffness is occurred along the turnout and increases significantly in crossing area.By using the tie plate grading arrangement method,the average stiffness of crossing area reduces 24%and changes of other areas are less than 8%.The purpose that homogenized turnout track stiffness is basically achieved.
