摘要
N-糖基化与植物蛋白质正确折叠、细胞凋亡、器官发育及信号转导等生物学功能密切相关.主要对植物蛋白N-糖基化的结构、生物合成、加工修饰、相关酶生物学功能,以及糖蛋白的分离鉴定方法等进行了综述,并探讨了植物糖基化蛋白功能研究的应用前景及存在的问题.
N-glycosylation was closely related to correctly folded proteins, apoptosis, organ developments and signal transductions.It was reviewed the structures, biosynthesis, modifications and functions of N-glycosyla-tion, methods for isolation and identification of glycoprotein in plants.The application perspectives and poten-tial problems were also discussed.
