摘要
目的探讨三甲复脉汤结合胺碘酮治疗老年人慢性心衰(CHF)合并室速的疗效。方法将78例确诊的老年患者纳入研究并随机分组,两组均行CHF的常规治疗,对照组(B组)40人加胺碘酮治疗,观察组(A组)38人在B组基础上联合三甲复脉汤治疗。观察左室射血分数(LEVF)、心率及QT间期情况;比较两组心衰和心律失常疗效;观察不良反应情况。结果两组各项指标均改善,但A组更显著;A组疗效更优,P<0.05;无不良反应。结论三甲复脉汤结合胺碘酮疗效显著,能改善心功能,优于单用胺碘酮治疗,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Sanjia Fumai decoction combined with amiodarone in treating senile chronic heart failure（ CHF） with ventricular tachycardia. Methods 78 cases of elderly patients were enrolled in the study, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were treated with conventional treatment of CHF. The control group（B group） of40 patients was treated with amiodarone, and the observation group（group A） of 38 cases was treated with Sanjia Fumai decoction on the basis of the B group. The left ventricular ejection fraction（LEVF）, heart rate and QT were observed, and the effect of heart failure and arrhythmia of the two groups were compared. Results Indicators of the two groups were improved, but the A group was more significant, and the effect of A group was more excellent, P 〈0.05, and there was no adverse reaction. Conclusion Sanjia Fumai decoction combined with amiodarone has obvious curative effect, can improve cardiac function, is better than the single use of amiodarone treatment, and is worthy of promotion.
