摘要
目的探讨冠心消渴安胶囊治疗糖尿病性冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取60例糖尿病性冠心病患者,随机分组,每组各30例。对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用冠心消渴安胶囊,疗程均为1个月。对比治疗前后心绞痛发作次数、空腹血糖、心电图、运动心电图变化。结果治疗组指标优于对照组。结论冠心消渴安胶囊能改善糖尿病性冠心病患者主要症状及指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of Guanxin Xiaokean capsules in the treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease.Methords Selecting 60 cases of patients with diabetic coronary heart disease, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Based on the conventional treatment, the treatment group took Guanxin Xiaokean cap-sules. The control group took the conventional treatment. The course of treatment was a month. The number of angina attacks, fasting blood glucose, and the results of treadmill exercise test in the two groups of patients before and after the treatment were compared.Results The index of the treatment group were significantly better thanthose of the control group. Conclusion Guanxin Xiaokean capsules can improve the major clinical symptoms of the patients with diabetic coronary heart disease, and improve the index.
