摘要
目的:观察颜氏益心方治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将45例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组21例在控制血糖的基础上采用常规西药治疗,治疗组24例在对照组治疗的基础上加用颜氏益心方治疗。观察治疗前后症状、血糖、心电图、心绞痛发作次数、程度、持续时间、硝酸甘油用量的变化。结果:中医证候临床疗效总有效率治疗组为91.7%,对照组为66.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组FBG、P2hBG均较治疗前降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组FBG值比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间均较治疗前降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:颜氏益心方治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛有一定的临床疗效,值得进一步研究和推广使用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yan's Yixin Prescription(YHP) for angina pectoris(AP) in coronary heart disease patients complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods:Forty-five qualified patients were randomized into control group and treatment group.The two groups were given routine western medicine,and the treatment group received YHP additionally.Before and after treatment,we observed the changes of symptoms,blood glucose content,and electrocardiogram as well as the frequency,degree and duration of angina pectoris attack,and the dosage of glycerol trinitrate.Results:The total effective rate was 91.7% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).Fasting blood glucose(FBG) and 2-hour preprandial blood glucose levels were decreased in both groups after treatment(P < 0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the difference of FBG was significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).The frequency and duration of AP attack were decreased in both groups after treatment(P < 0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the difference was significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:YHP exerts certain effect for the treatment of AP in coronary heart disease patients complicated with diabetes mellitus,which is worth of further research and clinical expansion.
