摘要
目的:观察针刺结合甲钴胺穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:86例均为突发性耳聋患者,随机分为对照组、治疗组。结果:经过3个疗程的治疗,治疗组总有效率为88.37%,对照组总有效率为65.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合甲钴胺穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋疗效明显,适宜推广。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupuncture plus acupoint injection with Mecobalamin on sudden deafness. Methods： 86 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. Results： In 3 courses, the total efficiency in the treatment group was 88.37%, and in the control group was 65.12%, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus acupoint injection with Mecobalamin on sudden deafness showed obvious curative effects, and were suitable for popularization.
