摘要
为了解决老母坡矿采掘接替紧张,提高煤炭资源回收率,延长矿井服务年限,老母坡矿在2号煤层工作面应用沿空留巷技术,通过采用巷道围岩强化控制技术、动态分步施工技术、FLAC数值模拟研究优化巷道掘进期间的支护设计,同时加强留巷矿压监测,分析了巷旁支护体的受力和变形特征,得到了巷旁支护组合体的作用机制,形成了以单体液压支柱配合十字铰接顶梁、复合铁鞋和工字钢护帮腿组合支护体的新型巷旁支护,使留巷效果达到预期目标。
In order to solve the severe succession of mining in Laomupo Mine, improve the coal resources recovery rate,extend the serving years of the mine, gob- side entry technology was applied in No. 2 coal seam of Laomupo Mine, roadway surrounding rock reinforcement control technology, dynamic construction technology, FLAC nermerical simulation optimizing support design during mining, strengthening the mine pressure monitoring, the stress and deformation characteristics of support body were analyzed, the mechanism of roadway support group was got, which formed single hydraulic prop with cross articulated roof beam, composite iron shoes, joist steel combined support body, met the needs of expected result of roadway retain effect.
