摘要
目的:探讨持续性个体化健康教育提高血液透析患者自我管理能力的效果。方法:对23例维持性血液透析患者进行持续性个体化健康教育,比较患者健康教育前后的自我管理能力。结果:患者健康教育后自我管理能力高于健康教育前(P<0.05)。结论:持续性个体化健康教育能提高维持性血液透析患者的自我管理能力。
Objective： To explore the effect of continuous individualized health education on improving self-management ability of patients with hemodialysis. Methods： 23 patients who received maintenance hemodialysis were provided continuous individual health education,and the self-management ability of the patients was compared before and after health education. Results： The self-management ability of the patients was better after health education than that before health education（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Implementation of continuous individualized health education can improve the self-management ability of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
