摘要
目的分析多学科协作护理对老年急性髓系白血病治疗效果及预后影响。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月期间收治的96例老年急性髓系白血病患者作为观察样本,利用随机分配法把患者分为两组,分别是对照组和观察组,各有48例患者,为对照组患者实施常规护理,为观察组患者实施多学科协作护理;比较两组患者治疗效果、并发症与生活质量。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组对照组感染率比观察组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者心理功能、物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能等,观察组患者生活质量比对照组更好,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论多学科协作护理对治疗老年急性髓系白血病患者效果好,能有效降低口腔感染、肺部感染、呼吸道感染、肛周感染等并发症发生率,还能提高患者生活质量,预后效果好,值得大力推广。
Objective to analyze effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on treatment and prognosis of elderly acute myeloid leukemia.Methods choose 96 cases elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as observation objects.Divide them into two groups with random allocation method,namely control group and observation group,48 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with and multidisciplinary collaborative nursing.Compare treatment effect,complications,and life quality of two groups.Results total effective rate of observation group(95.83%)was higher than control group(83.33%).Data difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05);comparing infection of two groups,there were 6 cases with oral infections,4 cases with lung infections,2 cases with respiratory tract infections,2 cases with perianal infections in control group,14 cases in total,with infection rate of 29.17%;and 2 cases with oral infections,1 cases lung Infection,0 cases with respiratory tract infection,0 cases with perianal infection in observation group,3 cases in total,with infection rate of 6.25%;infection rate of control group was higher than observation group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing psychological function,material life,physical function,social function,etc.between two groups,life quality of observation group was better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion multidisciplinary collaborative nursing has good effect in treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia,can reduce incidence of complications effectively,such as oral infections,lung infections,respiratory tract infections,and perianal infections,and improve life quality of patients,which is worthy of great promotion.
