摘要
针对传统复合箍筋和闪光对焊箍筋存在制作困难、材料耗费严重等问题,提出在钢筋混凝土结构中应用电阻凸焊焊接箍筋施工新技术。详细地分析了电阻凸焊焊接箍筋的技术优点、制作和施工质量要点、经济和社会效益。结果表明应用电阻凸焊焊接箍筋可明显提高钢筋混凝土质量,降低工人劳动强度,提高操作效率,节省钢材。
Based on the questions of traditional composite stirrups consumed material serious and construction difficulty,resistance projection welding stirrup meshes is proposed in application reinforced concrete structure engineering. Analysing the technological advantages,making points,construction quality control process,social and economic benefits of the resistance projection welding stirrup method. The results show that application of the resistance projection welding stirrup which can improve the quality of reinforced concrete structure engineering significantly,reducing labour intensity,boosting the productivity of worker,and saving lots of steel products.
