摘要
传统复合箍筋存在复合箍筋重复段和弯钩锚固段,需要耗费大量的钢材,且在弯钩处容易发生脱钩,基于此提出一种焊接封闭箍筋。通过试验和数值模拟的方法对焊接封闭箍筋与传统复合箍筋混凝土柱的轴压性能进行对比分析。研究表明在轴压作用下,传统复合箍筋混凝土柱在承载力方面优于焊接封闭箍筋混凝土柱,但两种箍筋式的混凝土柱正截面的轴压承载力均明显高于《混凝土结构设计规范》的计算值;焊接封闭箍筋混凝土柱截面混凝土压应力分布均匀,梯度明显,不会出现传统复合箍筋混凝土柱在弯钩段处应力较大的现象;且焊接封闭箍筋网片的应力分布相对均匀。
This paper proposes a new welding closed stirrups based on that traditional composite stirrups have repetition and hook anchorage regions which need to consume plenty of steel material,and the traditional stirrups easily take place unhooking along anchorage section.We analyze two kinds of reinforcement concrete column performance under axial compression by using numerical simulation and test.Research shows bearing capacity of the traditional composite reinforced concrete column is better than welding closed stirrups reinforcement concrete column under axial compression,but the normal section axial bearing capacity of two kinds of reinforcement concrete column is higher than calculation result by code for design of concrete structures.And the section stress of welding closed stirrups reinforcement concrete column distributes uniformly and has a significant gradient,unlike the traditional composite reinforced concrete column whose stress is higher along anchorage regions.And the stress of welding closed stirrups netting distributes uniformly.
