摘要
目的分析综合临床护理措施对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者自我效能感和生活质量的影响。方法选取收治的120例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者,依照患者接受护理方式的意愿,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用综合临床干预护理措施。采用医学应对问卷(medical coping modes questionnaire,MCMQ)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficocy scale,GSES)、慢性肝脏疾病问卷(chronic liver disease questionnaire,CLDQ)对2组患者护理前、护理4周后进行问卷调查,对患者出院6个月后进行随访。统计并分析调查及随访结果。结果 2组患者护理4周后,观察组MCMQ、GSES及CLDQ评分均高于对照组。2组患者出院6个月后,观察组复发1例,对照组复发11例,观察组复发率低于对照组(χ2=9.259,P=0.002)。结论综合临床护理措施能明显改善慢性乙型肝炎患者医学应对方式,提高慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者自我效能感、生活质量及预后。
Objective To analyze the effect of the comprehensive clinical nursing on self efficacy and life quality of patients with chronic hepatitis B（CHB）.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,60 cases in each.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group was provided with a comprehensive clinical nursing care.Both groups were evaluated using the medical coping modes questionnaire（MCMQ）,the general self efficacy scale（GSES）and the chronic liver disease questionnaire（CLDQ）before and 4 weeks after the intervention.Follow-up was given 6 months after their discharge.Results Four weeks after nursing,the score of CLDQ,GSES and MCMQ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Six months after discharge,only one case（1.7%）relapsed in the observation group,significantly lower than the control group with 11cases（18.3%）recurring.Conclusions The comprehensive clinical nursing is superior to routine nursing in promoting medical coping modes of patients with chronic hepatitis B and improving their self efficacy,life quality and prognosis.
