摘要
目的:通过对比研究,分析加味阳和汤对膝骨性关节炎(OA)病患血清MMP-3基质金属蛋白酶-3、MMP-9(基质金属蛋白酶-9)的影响,探讨其治疗效果。方法 :以骨伤科收诊的138例膝关节OA病患为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组病患均给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片100mg,连续服用4周。其中治疗组同时加用加味阳和汤。对两组血清MMP-3、MMP-9水平治疗前后的变化进行对比,分析其临床疗效。结果:经过治疗后显示,治疗组和对照组病患MMP-3与MMP-9的水平均下降显著,治疗组明显低于对照组,治疗组总有效率(97.01%)显著高于对照组(84.06%)。两组不良反应对比差异无意义。结论:在治疗膝关节OA时,加味阳和汤可以降低病患血清MMP-3、MMP-9水平,保护软骨基质和细胞,拥有很好的疗效。
Objective：Through the comparative study of Jiawei Yanghe decoction on knee osteoarthritis（osteoarthritis）disease patients serum MMP-3,MMP-9,and to explore its therapeutic effect.Methods：In our hospital of orthopedics and traumatology diagnosis of 138 cases of knee joint OA disease patients as the research object,were randomly divided into study group and control group.Two groups of patients were once daily oral administration diclofenac sodium sustained release tablet（100mg）,administered for 4weeks.The research group combined with modified Yanghe decoction.The changes of serum MMP-3and MMP-9levels in the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical effects were analyzed.Results：After treatment,the levels of MMP-9and MMP-3in the study group and the control group were decreased significantly,and the total effective rate in the study group（97.01%）was significantly higher than that in the control group（84.06%）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reactions.Conclusion：In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,modified Yanghe Decoction can reduce disease patient serum levels of MMP-3,MMP-9levels,protect the cartilage matrix and cells and has a good curative effect.
