摘要
目的主要研究中医药在气阴两虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗中的应用。方法本文从病因病机、辨证分型及中医药在气阴两虚型晚期化疗中的临床应用进行综述。结果中医学以其整体观念和辨证施治的特色,以及带瘤生存的治疗特点,能提高晚期非小细胞肺癌的化疗疗效,延缓疾病进展,减轻毒副作用,提高患者生存质量,延长生存时间。结论中医药在非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗中有优势,日后应在坚守其整体观念和辨证论治特色的基础上,进一步明确分型和治疗手段,减少主观性,使其在治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌中发挥更全面、更有益的作用。
Objective The article mainly studied the application of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） in the chemotherapy of advanced NSCLC of deficiency of both qi and yin. Method This article reviewed from the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and clinical application of TCM in the chemotherapy of advanced NSCLC of deficiency of both qi and yin. Result TCM has the characteristics of holism and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and has the treatment characteristic of survival with tumor. TCM enhances the effect of chemotherapy of advanced NSCLC,delays the progression of the disease,alleviates the side effect,improves the quality of life,and prolong the survival time. Conclusion TCM have advantages in the treatment of NSCLC. In future,it is expected to make effort in further clearing TCM typing and treatments and decreasing subjectivity on the basis of the characteristics of holism and treatment of syndrome differentiation,and make it play a more comprehensive and beneficial role in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.
