摘要
国家自主创新示范区的创新能力是检验其示范性效果的重要标准。运用"要素—结构—功能"的分析范式,选取了反映国家自主创新示范区创新能力的要素、结构和功能指标体系,并运用因子分析法详细评价了各示范区的创新能力。研究认为,国家自主创新示范区的创新能力离不开其要素的投入力度、结构优化的程度以及创新功能的发挥,因此,提升示范区的创新能力,需要加大其科技创新的投入力度,优化示范区产业结构,促进示范区的功能效应发挥。
The innovation capability of National innovation demonstration zone is an important criterion for judging their exemplary effect. In this study, we introduce elements-structure-function paradigm, select the index system which reflects the elements, structure and function of the innovation capability, and then make a detailed analysis of their innovation capacity of each chosen demonstration zone with the use of factor analysis. The results indicate that innovation capacity of high- end industrial agglomeration of national innovation demonstration zone is inseparable from increasing its elements, structure optimization and innovative effects. Therefore, to enhance its innovation capability, we need to increase the investment for scientific and technological innovation, optimize the structure level of demonstration zone,facilitate the functioning of the demonstration area.
