摘要
目的:系统评价中医辨证施护对脑卒中患者康复的疗效。方法:全面搜索已发表的中医辨证施护对脑卒中患者康复疗效临床随机对照试验的相关文章,按系统评价方法筛选试验、评价质量、提取资料,并采用Rev Man5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入8个随机对照试验,含898例患者。与对照组比较,中医辨证施护对脑卒中患者康复的疗效合并检验分析结果为Z=5.77,P<0.00001,合并后的OR:3.31,95%CI(2.20,4.97)。结论:虽然通过统计可以得出中医辨证施护对脑卒中患者康复有良好的效果,但由于纳入试验研究方法学质量低下,需要进一步提高质量、随机对照研究加以证实。
Objective：Evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing effect on the rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods：Comprehensive search of published Chinese medicine dialectical nursing on rehabilitation of stroke patients randomized clinical trials relevant articles,screening test and evaluation of the quality and extracted data according to the system evaluation method,and analyzed by Meta Rev Man 5.0 software. Results：8 randomized controlled trials,including 898 patients. Compared with the control group,Chinese medicine dialectical nursing effect on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with the results of Z=5.77,P0.00001,the combined OR：3.31,95%CI（2.20,4.97）. Conclusion：Although statistics can be obtained by traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing have a good effect on the rehabilitation of stroke patients,but because of low methodological quality of included trials,further high quality randomized controlled studies.
