摘要
目的探讨脑卒中昏迷实施早期肠内营养支持的护理干预价值。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治脑卒中后昏迷患者80例,按随机数字法分为两组,各40例。观察组实施本研究针对性护理干预,对照组行常规护理,比较两组护理干预后营养蛋白相关指标及机体热量指标变化情况,统计两组治疗过程中出现的并发症情况。结果护理干预后观察组蛋白相关指标,如转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白水平均显著高于护理干预后对照组(P<0.05),护理干预后,观察组热量摄取相关指标,如热量摄入量和尿素氮生存率均显著大于护理干预后的对照组(P<0.05),进行营养支持过程中,观察组出现腹胀腹痛、肺部感染、恶心呕吐、血糖异常及电解质异常总比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中昏迷实施早期肠内营养支持治疗者,实施有效的针对性护理干预,能有效的确保患者营养支持治疗效果,维持蛋白质代谢平衡,提高治疗安全性。
Objective To investigate the value of nursing intervention for early enteral nutrition support in stroke coma.Methods 80 cases with coma after stroke from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into two group,40 cases each.The observation group were implemented the targeted nursing intervention in this study,and the control group were received routine nursing.The changes of nutrient protein related indicators and body calorie indexes in the two groups of nursing intervention were compared,and the complications occurred during the treatment in the two groups were counted.Results After treatment intervention,the histone-related indicators,such as transferrin,prealbumin and albumin were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After the nursing intervention,the indicators of caloric intake,such as calories were higher than control group.The intake and urea nitrogen survival rate were greater than control group(P<0.05).During the nutritional support process,the observation group showed obvious abdominal distension,abdominal pain,lung infection,nausea and vomiting,abnormal blood glucose and electrolyte abnormalities were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with early enteral nutrition support for stroke coma,effective targeted nursing intervention can effectively ensure the nutritional support of patients,so it can maintain protein metabolism balance and improve treatment safety.
