摘要
目的探讨冠心宁注射液治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月我院收治入院的200例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照就诊序号随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组给予抗血小板聚集、改善循环、脑保护剂等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用冠心宁注射液治疗,两组疗程均为14 d。观察两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分、Barthel指数（BI）评分、高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）含量及临床疗效,并监测不良反应。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的67.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分、BI评分、hs-CRP值均优于治疗前（P〈0.05）,且观察组的NIHSS评分、BI评分、hs-CRP值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论冠心宁注射液治疗脑梗死的临床效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guanxinning injection in treating cerebral infarction. Methods 200 patients with cerebral infarction admitted into our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as study object.According to the serial number,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and each group had 100 cases.The control group was given routine treatment liked anti-platelet aggregation,improving circulation and brain protectant.The observation group was given Guanxinning injection on the basis of routine treatment for 14 days.NIHSS score, Barthel index（BI） score,hs-CRP,clinical effect and adverse reaction in two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The total clinical effective rate in observation group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 67.0% of control group,the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.After treatment,NIHSS score,BI score and hs-CRP in two groups was better than before treatment（P〈0.05）.NIHSS score,BI score and hs-CRP in observation group was better that the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Guanxinning injection in treating cerebral infarction is obvious.It is worth to popularize in clinical.
