摘要
目的:评价人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,h CG)日血清孕酮水平与B型超声(B超)下直径≥14 mm的卵泡数比值(progesterone-to-follicle index,PFI)与体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)治疗结局的关系。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月—2013年8月于我院行IVF助孕的384个IVF周期的患者资料,根据妊娠结局的不同分组比较组间h CG日孕酮、PFI等资料,再根据h CG日PFI将研究对象分为3组:PFI〈0.05为A组,0.05-0.10为B组,PFI≥0.10为C组,比较组间的一般资料和临床结局。结果:妊娠组h CG日孕酮水平以及PFI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);A、B组h CG日雌二醇(E_2)水平均高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);A组h CG日孕酮水平低于B、C组,且B组低于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);A组的种植率高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:h CG日高PFI可能预测不良IVF-ET种植结局。
Objective:To investigate the pregnancy outcomes of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVFET) related to the progesterone-to-follicle index(PFI), which is the ratio of serum progesterone level to the number of follicle with diameter ≥14 mm on the day of h CG administration in IVF cycles. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 384 IVF cycles between January 2013 and August 2013. The level of progesterone and PFI were compared between pregnancy patients and non-pregnancy patients. 384 cycles were divided into three groups according to PFI, group A with PFI0.05, group B with PFI 0.05-0.10, and group C with PFI≥0.10. The basic information and pregnancy outcome were analyzed. Results:The level of progesterone and PFI in the pregnant group were significantly lower than those in the non-pregnant group(P〈0.05). The levels of estradiol in the group A and the group B were significantly higher than that in the group C(P〈0.05).The level of progesterone in the group A was significantly lower than those in the group B and the group C, while the level of progesterone in the group B was significantly lower than that in the group C(P〈0.05). The implantation rate in the group A was significantly higher than that in the group C(P〈0.05). Conclusions:The higher PFI on the h CG day may predict adverse implantation outcome of IVF-ET.
