基于道路调节的合流制溢流污染控制可行性分析 被引量:7

摘要 随着城市化的快速发展,城市雨水径流污染逐渐成为环境水体污染物的重要来源之一,其中合流制溢流污染仍是我国大多数城市的一个顽疾。针对我国目前一些城市所面临的合流制溢流污染严重、开发强度大、场地受限等一系列突出问题,介绍了利用城市道路调节控制合流制溢流污染的方法。该方法利用道路边沟和局部路面的传输、调节能力,延缓雨水径流进入排水管道的时间,从而降低排水管道的峰值流量,降低合流制溢流污水对城市水环境的冲击污染。该方法还能显著提高现有排水系统的排水能力,缓解内涝压力,尤其对于高强度开发区域,以及国内大量城市旧城改造中合流制溢流污染的控制及排水标准的提高具有一定的借鉴意义。 With the rapid development of urbanization, urban stromwater runoff pollution has be- come an important source of pollutants in environmental water bodies. Particularly, pollution from com- bined sewer overflows is serious in most cities in China. Aimed at a series of problems such as serious pollution from combined sewer overflows, high density of land development, land limited in some cities of China, a method of using road surface for detention of urban stormwater runoff was introduced. By using the local road surface and gutter, stormwater runoff could be temporarily transferred and stored, the time of stormwater runoff which entering the drainage pipeline could be delayed, and the peak flow rate of stormwater into the drainage system could be greatly reduced. Therefore, the impact of pollution from combined sewer overflows on water environment could be reduced. This method could notably improve the capacity of existing drainage system and mitigate wasterlogging, and it could provide reference for control- ling pollution from combined sewer overflows and the drainage standard upgrading, in particular, in high density development zones and traditional district retrofit.
