摘要
[目的/意义]探究我国社交媒体用户面临的"隐私驳论",对有效保护个人信息具有指导意义,但国内尚未采用规范的理论进行解释。[方法/过程]运用信息隐私关注理论和技术接受模型,构建信息隐私关注影响社交媒体用户使用意向的结构方程模型。以微信平台作为研究对象,通过网络回收有效问卷427份,使用SPSS和AMOS验证模型。[结果/结论]结果表明,中国社交媒体用户的信息隐私关注对其使用意向的负面影响并不显著,但是信息隐私关注在感知有用性对使用意向的正向影响,以及感知趣味性对使用意向的正向影响中具有显著的调节作用。
[ Purpose/Sigulficance] Exploring "privacy paradox" in China's context has a guiding significance for personal information protection, but has yet to be explained by theory. [ Method/Process] This study builds structural equation models of impact of concern for information privacy on behavioral intention based on the Theory of Concern for Information Privacy and Technology Acceptance Model. Choosing WeChat as the study object, based on questionnaire data of 427 valid respondents, the models are validated using SPSS and A- MOS. [ Result/Conclusion] The results indicate that user's concern for information privacy does not have a direct negative impact on user's behavioral intention, but has significant moderating effects on the impact of perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment on user's be- havioral intention.
