摘要
近年来,普通高校师资队伍普通高校教师的年龄、受教育程度、职称、性别结构等都发生了显著的变化。文章分析了1998-2013年间教育部有关高校师资队伍的统计数据,从生师比、年龄、学历、职称、性别五个层次剖析了普通高校教师队伍的结构现状,发现普通高校专任教师队伍现状主要为:教职工总量超编与专任教师总量缺编之间的矛盾日益激化、专任教师年龄结构趋于年轻化、专任教师学历层次稳步增长、教师队伍年轻化、青年专任女教师人数激增。
In recent years,the structure of full- time teachers＇ age,education,professional title and gender in Colleges have changed significantly. Based on the official statistics about the team of university teachers from 1998 to 2013 years,this paper analyses the the structure of full- time teachers from five levels,including student- teacher ratio,age,education,professional title and gender. The study found that the current situation of college full- time teachers mainly performance in following aspects. The contradictions between surcharge of all staff and vacancy of full- time teachers intensified increasingly. The structure of teachers＇ age tend to be younger. The education level of full- time teachers increasing steadily. Teachers with high professional title become more youthful. The number of female teachers rises steeply.
