摘要
目的评价尿微量清蛋白（Um Alb）与肌酐（Cr）比值（UACR）对老年原发性高血压早期肾损伤的诊断价值。方法选择2014年2月-2015年5月我院收治的100例原发性高血压老年患者作为病例组研究对象,另选择同期体检健康老年人100例作为对照组,检测并比较Um Alb、Cr和UACR指标水平。结果病例组Um Alb和UACR水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;高血压1级、2级、3级患者间的UACR水平差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;高血压EH〈5年,5-10年,〉10年患者间的UACR水平差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 UACR可作为老年原发性高血压早期肾损伤诊断指标。
Objective To explore the value of microalbuminuria albumin（Um Alb）and creatinine（Cr）ratio（UACR）in diagnosis of early renal damage in elderly hypertensive. Methods 100 cases of elderly essential hypertension patients were selected as from our hospital during February 2014 to May 2015,100 cases of people with medical healthy detection as control group,Um Alb,Cr and UACR index between the two groups were compared. Results Patients group＇s Um Alb and UACR level are higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,hypertension level 1,level 2,level 3 were different in UACR level and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,hypertension EH 5 years,5 - 10 years, 10 years were different in UACR level and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion UACR can be as diagnosis indicator of early renal damage in elderly hypertensive patients,so it can be widely applied in clinical.
