摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是我国为建设创新型国家、实施人才强国战略启动的一项重大改革计划。知识生产模式2理论是针对当代社会的科学研究、知识生产而提出的一种新的知识生产模式。卓越计划的实施背景、人才标准、内涵要求、组织管理等诸多方面,都明显体现了知识生产模式2理论的基本特征。运用知识生产模式2理论,从应用情境、跨学科性、异质性和组织多样性、社会问责和反思性、质量控制等方面,对卓越计划进行解析,就我国高等教育的人才培养方式转型的相关问题作出思考。
The "Outstanding Engineers Education Program" is a major reform plan of constructing innovation-oriented country with the implementation of the strategy of developing China by cultivating talents. Knowledge production model theory provides a new knowledge production mode for the study of contemporary social science and knowledge production. The background of the implementation, standards of talents, content and requirements, organizing and management, and many other aspects bring to the foreground the fundamental characteristics of knowledge production mode theory. Drawing from the theory of knowledge production mode, this essay analyzes the program in terms of its application context, interdisciplinary, heterogeneity and organizational diversity, social accountability and reflexivity, quality control. This paper will also address the transformation of the cultivation mode of talents in China's higher education.
