摘要
【目的】通过研究9种矿质元素与果实品质的关系,分析影响不同果实品质的主要矿质元素,为甜柿园合理施肥和提高果实品质提供理论依据。【方法】采集眉县26个甜柿果园的果实样品,测定果实样品的6种品质指标和9种矿质元素含量。利用相关分析和通径分析方法,分析陕西眉县‘阳丰’甜柿果实矿质营养元素与品质指标间的相关性和通径系数。【结果】果实硬度与Ca、Mn呈显著正相关;可溶性固形物与K呈显著正相关;可滴定酸与N呈极显著正相关,与P呈显著负相关;可溶性单宁与K呈显著负相关;果实维生素C含量与K呈显著正相关。通径分析表明,N对可滴定酸的影响达极显著水平,通径系数为0.694,对单果质量、硬度、可溶性固形物的负直接作用最大,分别为-0.362、-0.548、-0.515;P对硬度的影响达到显著水平,其通径系数为0.45;K对可溶性固形物的影响达到显著水平,通径系数为0.918,对可滴定酸、可溶性单宁的负直接作用最大,分别为-0.723、-0.715;Mg对果实果形指数和可溶性单宁的直接影响较大,分别为0.49和0.794;Zn和Mn对果实维生素C含量具有较大的影响。【结论】在生产中增施P、K、Zn和Mn,控制或降低N肥施用量,协调好各种营养元素的施肥比例可提高果实品质,实现甜柿的优质高效生产。
[Objective]In this study, correlation and path analysis were conducted in persimmon fruit col- lected from orchards in Mei County, to investigate the relationship between contents of mineral elements (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, and Zu)and fruit quality indexes (fruit weight, fruit shape index, hard- ness, soluble solids, titratable acids and vitamin C). Via screening the major mineral elements that affect fruit quality and analyzing specific elements that affect specific fruit quality indexes, this study was to provide a theoretical basis for rational fertilization to improve fruit quality in persimmon orchard. [Meth- ods] Fruit were washed with 0.1% detergent solution for 30 s, then rinsed with tap water, and then with deionized water for 3 times. Part of sampled fruit from each orchard was placed in nylon mesh bags and al- lowed to be surface dried in a ventilated place. The sample was then placed in an oven set at 105 ℃ for 10 min and then at 80℃ until fully dried. The dried sample was ground with an agate mortar, and the pow- der screened through a 100 mesh nylon sieve was stored in a plastic bottle for later analyses. Total nitrogen (TN) was determined by the method of Kjeldahl. P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, and Cu were determinedby the method of plasma emission spectrometry. The weight and shape index were measured using a scale with a precision of 0.01 g. and a caliper, respectively. Soluble solids and hardness of fruit were deter- mined with a digital sugars meter TD-45 and explicit durometer. Titratable acid content and Vitamin C were determined by the method of NaOH neutralization titration and 2.6-dichlorophenol indophenol, re- spectively. The correlation and path coefficient of mineral elements and fruit quality indexes were ana- lyzed by SAS software. [Results] Quality indexes differed among fruit sampled from different orchards.
