摘要
基于模具在机测量的自适应采样结果,提出一种新的获取自由曲面加工误差的方法。该方法首先基于自适应采样获取加工曲面上少量测点的坐标数据,利用NURBS曲面重构来拟合加工曲面;然后基于广义牛顿法计算重构的实际曲面和理论曲面的法向距离,获得自由曲面的加工误差,并对实验加工的模具模型曲面的轮廓度误差进行分析。实验结果表明,基于自适应采样的加工曲面重构方法能够在机测量且有效地获得自由曲面加工误差。
Based on on-machine measurement results of the adaptive sampling for the mould, a new method is presented to get free-form surface processing errors, which is based on a few measuring points on the processing surface with the adaptive sampling. With the coordinate data, NURBS surface reconstruction is used to fit processing surfaces. The reconstructed actual surface and the theoretical surface normal distance are calculated and then the free-form surface machining error is obtained by using the generalized Newton method. The last, the model surface profile error of experimental process is analyzed. The experimental results show that, using the surface reconstruction process surfaces method based on adaptive sampling, the free-form surface processing errors can be effectively obtained in the case of on-machine measurement.
