摘要
钢绞线高温力学性能是研究预应力结构抗火性能及受火灾后结构损伤鉴定与评估的基础,本文从同一根钢绞线边丝中截取16根钢丝试件进行高温下拉伸试验,得到高温下钢丝试件拉伸的力-位移曲线、应力-应变关系曲线以及屈服强度、极限强度、比例极限、弹性模量与试验温度的关系。试验结果表明,高温下钢绞线钢丝的应力-应变关系曲线随温度升高趋于平缓,力学性能指标随温度升高不断退化。本文试验结果可以为研究预应力结构抗火性能的计算与分析提供参考。
The mechanical properties of steel strand at and after high temperature are the key factor in design of fire resistance and after-fire damage evaluation of prestressed steel structures. Tensile experiments of 16 steel strand wires at high temperature are carried out. The force-displacement curves and the stress-strain curves are obtained;while the relationship between the temperature and mechanical property indexes of the steel wires such as yield strength,ultimate strength,and modulus of elasticity are also obtained. The experimental results show that the shapes of stress-strain curves of steel wires at high temperature become smooth and the mechanical property indexes of the steel wires such as strength,modulus of elasticity become degradation. It provides reference for the research on fire resistance of prestressed structures.
