摘要
目的分析多层螺旋CT在肋骨骨折和肋软骨骨折诊断中的应用效果。方法选取自2013年1月至2015年3月来我院就诊的50例胸部外伤患者作为观察对象,随机分成两组,对照组与实验组,对照组胸部外伤患者25例,实验组胸部外伤患者25例,对照组胸部外伤患者采用X线进行检查,实验组胸部外伤患者采用多层螺旋CT进行检查,观察两组胸部外伤患者检查的诊断准确性。结果对照组胸部外伤患者经X线检查后发现肋骨骨折为61处,肋软骨骨折为0处,实验组胸部外伤患者经多层螺旋CT检查后发现肋骨骨折为87处,肋软骨骨折为18处,多层螺旋CT的诊断效果明显高于X线的诊断效果(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论多层螺旋CT在肋骨骨折和肋软骨骨折诊断中能全面、完善、清晰的诊断出肋骨骨折及肋软骨骨折部位的位置、数量及其他病变等,其诊断效果明显优于X线的诊断效果,更准确的为临床诊断提供参考。
Objective To analyze the effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture and rib cartilage fracture. Methods From January 2013 to 2015 march in our hospital for treatment of 50 cases of chest trauma patients as the object of observation were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group and control group of patients with chest trauma in 25 cases,the experimental group patients with chest trauma in 25 cases,the control group of patients with chest trauma were examined by X-ray,the experimental group patients with chest trauma by multi-slice spiral CT were examined to observe the diagnostic accuracy of two groups of patients with chest trauma examination. Results In the control group of patients with chest trauma after X-ray examination found rib fracture is 61,costal cartilage fracture for 0. Experimental group patients with chest trauma after multi-slice spiral CT examination found rib fracture for 87,costal cartilage fracture is 18,the diagnostic efficacy of multi-slice spiral CT was significantly higher than that of X ray diagnosis effect（ P〈 0. 05）,the difference has statistical significance. Conclusions Multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of fracture of rib and costal cartilage fracture diagnosis can be comprehensive,complete,clear out at the site of a fracture of rib and costal cartilage fracture location,quantity and other diseases such as,the diagnosis is obviously superior to the X-ray diagnosis effect and more accurate for clinical diagnosis.
