摘要
目的探究系统性健康教育干预对艾滋病防治的作用,为艾滋病的防治提供有效依据。方法研究选取研究对象400名,其中我市2013年10月至2015年10月某所大学学生100名、两家三级甲等医院护工及清洁工100名、两所企业职工100名、4所娱乐场所工作人员100名。将各项职业人员随机平均分配到两组,对照组与研究组,每组各200名人员。研究期间有部分对象由于各种原因退出本研究,最终确定研究组为175人,对照组186人。对照组人员采取常规的健康教育模式进行干预,研究组采取系统性健康教育,观察对比两组人员对于艾滋病传播途径、艾滋病的症状、确诊疾病的检查方法、预防知识的知晓程度评分情况及所有研究人员的认可度。结果两组人员在进行健康教育后,对于艾滋病传播途径、艾滋病的症状、确诊疾病的检查方法、预防知识的知晓程度进行评分对比,研究组明显优于对照组,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对不同人群进行系统性健康教育干预可明显其提升艾滋病防治知识知晓率,提高人群自我管理能力,对保障人民健康有着积极的作用,值得广泛开展。
Objective To explore the role of systemic health education intervention on AIDS prevention and control,provide effective basis for AIDS prevention. Methods Totally 400 study subjects enrolled in the study,they were one hundred students from an university in Dongguan,one hundred nurse workers or cleaners from two first- class hospitals,one hundred employees from two enterprise and one hundred entertainment staffs.They were assigned to two groups at randomly,control group and the study group,200 people in each group.During the study period some objects exit this study for various reasons,ultimately there were 175 people in study group and 186 cases in the control. Control group taken regular pattern of health education intervention,while the study group taken systemic health education intervention. Observed and compared the knowledge of two groups about HIV / AIDS transmission,the symptoms of AIDS,disease diagnosis and prevention,and recognition grade on researchers. Results The awareness of AIDS transmission routes,the symptoms of AIDS,disease diagnosis,prevention in study group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05).Conclusions For different population, systemic health education intervention can obviously improve the awareness of knowledge about HIV / AIDS prevention and control,improve people self- management ability,has a positive role to safeguard people's health,worth of widely carrying out.
