摘要
基于某型挖树机履带行走液压系统,针对其恶劣行走工况时的发动机超载问题,在现有液压系统的基础上提出应用功率调节功能的改进方法。结合推导的泵的输出功率与泵负载敏感控制阀阀芯位移的传递函数分析影响泵输出功率,即发动机负载的因素,以此为依据设计了功率调节功能,通过加设功率调节单元降低泵的负载反馈口压力,从而达到限制泵输出功率的目的。依据行走液压系统原理图搭建了基于AMESim软件的系统仿真模型,对模型进行了原理分析和实验验证,依据模型对功率调节功能进行仿真研究,得出阻尼孔大小为0.5mm时可以满足功率调节功能的设计目标。
Based on a certain type of tree digging machine crawler walking hydraulic system, aiming at the problem of engine overload bad walking condition is improved, the method of power regulation function based on the existing hydraulic system. Analysis of the influence of pump output power transfer function with the output power and the pump are pump load sensitive control valve spool displacement, the engine load, designed the power adjustment function as the basis, adjusting unit to reduce the load feedback pressure pump by adding a power,so as to limit the output power of the pump. Based on the traveling hydraulic system diagram system simulation model is built based on AMESsim software, the model of the principle analysis and experimental verification on the basis of the model, simulation research on the regulating function of power, the orifice size is 0.5mm can meet the power regulating function design goal.
