摘要
应用大型液压系统仿真软件AMESim10.0建立了负流量恒功率控制变量泵模型。通过设置不同的变量活塞缸反馈力,得出其对于系统溢流量及工作流量响应时间的影响;通过设置不同的恒功率点及压力切断点,得出系统可变调节能力大小;通过设置系统不同的负流量信号,比较得出变量泵在不同功率曲线下运行的能力。研究结果表明,变量泵系统符合样本泵特性;变量活塞缸反馈力增益越大,系统溢流量越大,响应时间越短;通过负流量控制,能够使恒功率泵多种工作功率曲线得以实现。
Based on the common hydraulic system analysis software AMESiml0.0, the research built the model of negative flow and constant power variable flow pump. Through the set of different feedback force by variable piston, the simulation get the impact factor of the feedback gain ;through the set of different constant power point and the constant pressure point, the simulation get the adjust ability of the system;through the set of different negative flow pressure signal, the simulation testify the different power curve running ability of the pump. The conclution showed that the model is correct to some extent. The larger the value of the feedback gain is ; the larger the fluent flow is, and the faster the reaction time is. Different power curve running can be realized during the negative flow control.
