摘要
目的探讨基层医疗卫生机构医护人员情绪智力对情绪劳动的影响。方法整群随机抽取四川地区社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院的医生和护士共1 170名,采用情绪智力量表和情绪劳动量表进行问卷调查。结果自我情绪评估负向预测表层扮演(P<0.01),正向预测深层扮演和自然表现(P<0.01);他人情绪评估正向预测表层扮演、深层扮演及自然表现(P<0.01),情绪调节、情绪运用均正向预测深层扮演和自然表现(均P<0.01)。不同等级情绪智力的医护人员分别在深层扮演、自然表现维度上的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论情绪智力对情绪劳动各表现策略的影响不同,可针对医护人员情绪智力的特点,有效改善其情绪劳动策略,以利于身心健康。
[Objective]To explore the influence of emotional intelligence on emotional labor among medical staff in primary health care institutions.[Methods]A total of 1170 doctors and nurses in community health service centers and town and township central hospitals in Sichuan province were selected by cluster random sampling method, and the questionnaire survey were carried out by emotional intelligence scale and emotional labor scale. [Results]Self-assessment of emotion negatively predicted surface acting strategy（ P〈0.01）, and positively predicted deep and natural acting strategy（ P〈0.01）; emotion assessment of others positively predicted surface, deep and natural acting strategy（ P〈0.01）; emotional regulation and emotional using positively predicted deep and natural acting strategy（ all P 0.01）. The differences of deep and natural acting strategy among medical staff with different levels of emotional intelligence were statistically significant（ all P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The influence of emotional intelligence on every emotional labor strategy was different. We can effectively improve the emotional labor strategies of metical staff based on their emotional intelligence features, which is beneficial to physical and mental health.
