摘要
在说明对TB/T 2007—1997《电气化铁道接触网绝缘污秽等级标准》修订背景、修订基本原则的基础上,介绍TB/T 2007—2015《电气化铁路接触网用绝缘子选用导则》的适用范围与目的、规范性引用文件、术语与定义、污秽种类与环境类型等。重点分析现场污秽度的评定及污秽等级的划分,同时指出新标准与相关国家标准、企业标准的关系,为标准的实施提供参考。
Based on describing the background and basic principles for revising TB/T 2007—1997 ＂Standard of Insulation Pollution Severity Level of Overhead Contact Lines of Electrified Railways＂,this article introduces the scope and object,normative references,terms and definitions,types of pollution and environment of TB/T 2007—2015 ＂Guide to Select Insulators for Overhead Contact System of Electrified Railways＂.It mainly analyzes the evaluation of site pollution severity and the classification of pollution severity. In the meantime,it points out the relationship between the new standard and relevant national standards and enterprise standards,which can provide reference for the implementation of the standard.
