不同教学方法在神经外科实践带教中的应用效果分析 被引量:21

摘要 目的为提高实习学生临床知识与经验,探究不同教学方式在实践中的应用效果。方法选取2014年7月~2015年7月我院接受的135例临床神经外科实习生,分为传统组、联合组以及PBL组,按进院报道时间进行分配,每组45例。传统组实施传统教学法,PBL组采用以学生为中心,以问题为基础的教学方式。联合组采用案例教学法结合PBL教学法的教学方式。观察比较三组教学效果以及学生满意度。结果传统组学生满意度低于其他两组,P〈0.05,联合组满意度高于PBL组,P〈0.05;传统组教学效果各方面均低于其他两组,P〈0.05,联合组较PBL组教学更有吸引力且能增长知识,P〈0.05,在激发学生学习兴趣以及提高学生学习能力上联合组与PBL组差别无统计学意义,P〉0.05。结论传统教学法在今时今日教学效果差,PBL教学法可提高学生学习兴趣增长知识,教学效果较为理想,但若与案例教学法结合学生学习效果好,可有效增加学生临床经验。 Objective In order to improve the clinical knowledge and experience of students, explore the application effect of different teaching methods in practice. Methods From July 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital, 135 cases of clinical department of Neurosurgery internship were divided into the traditional group, the combination group and the PBL group according to the time of reporting, 45 cases in each group. Traditional teaching method were used in traditional group, the PBL group regarded students as the center and used the problem as the basis of the teaching method. The combination group used case teaching method combined with PBL teaching method. Observed and compared three groups of teaching effectiveness and student satisfaction. Results In the traditional group, the satisfaction of students was lower than the other two groups, P〈0. 05, the effect of the traditional group was lower than the other two groups, P〈0. 05, the attention of the student showed great significant, P〉0. 05, ability level showed no significant, P〈0. 05. Conclusion The traditional teaching method can improve students' learning interest and improve their teaching effect in the present time. However, if combined with the case teaching method, it can effectively increase the clinical experience of students and can effectively increase the clinical experience of students.
