摘要
结合多年来教育和管理神经外科进修医师的实践和经验,介绍了一些神经外科进修医师教育和管理模式的基本做法,旨在进一步提高神经外科进修医师的教育和管理水平。做法主要包括:①教育管理制度化;②接收条件严格化;③岗前培训系列化;④教学方式多样化;⑤病历书写规范化;⑥强化措施具体化;⑦教学管理双向化;⑧管理体现人性化等8个方面。
Based on our practices and experiences in training and managing neurosurgery refresher doctors,we put forward some basic education and management modes of neurosurgery refresher doctors,in order to further promote the level of education and management of neurosurgery refresher doctors.These modes mainly included eight as- pects as follows:①systemization of education and management;②strictness of admitting conditions;③series of pre-post training;④diversification of teaching manners;⑤standardization of case report writing;⑥reification of consolidating measures;⑦overall development of teaching and administrating,and⑧humanization of supervising.
