摘要
"环境金融"这个概念意味着金融和环境保护领域的一场变革与创新,它既体现了环境管理的新举措,又代表了金融业发展的新趋势。通过梳理绿色信贷、绿色证券、绿色保险等环境金融实践在西部地区的发展现状,以及剖析西部环境金融发展中存在的主要问题,同时结合地方实际,提出了完善西部环境金融制度的法律建议。
Environmental finance is a revolution in the field of finance and environmental protection; it is new environmental manage- ment initiatives, and also represents a new development trend of the financial sector. This paper reviews the development status of green credit, green securities and green insurance in the western region, analyzes the main problems existing in the development of en- vironmental finance, and combined with the local reality puts forward several legal advices for the improvement of environmental finan-cial system in the westem region.
