摘要
绿色金融作为新型的金融发展模式,能为中国经济带来新的增长动力,缓解部分严峻的环境问题,使经济发展走上可循环、可持续的道路。基于熵值法和层次分析法对主客观数据进行定量测量,再利用组合赋权法对体系中准则层维度以及措施层各因子进行权重分析,构建出湖南省绿色金融评价指标体系。研究发现绿色金融市场、绿色资金供需、绿色社会意识、政府部门四个维度对湖南省绿色金融规范化建设具有积极作用,解决了绿色金融评价标准缺失的问题,使湖南省绿色金融可持续化发展。
As a new financial development model,green finance can bring new growth momentum to China’s economy,alleviate some of the serious environmental problems,and put economic development on a recyclable and sustainable path.This paper constructs a green finance evaluation index system in Hunan province,quantitative measurement of subjective and objective data based on entropy evaluation method and AHP method.Then use the combined assignment method to weight analysis of the criterion level dimensions in the system and each factor in the measure level.The study concludes that the four dimensions of green financial market,green capital supply and demand,green social awareness,and government departments have a positive effect on the standardization of green finance in Hunan province.It solves the problem of the lack of green finance evaluation standards and makes green finance in Hunan Province sustainable.
