摘要
目的 :观察"项八针"治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法 :选择2013年1月—2014年7月伤科门诊确诊神经根型颈椎病患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用"项八针"治疗,对照组采用超短波治疗,两组均每周治疗3次,10次为1个疗程。疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈8例,有效19例,无效3例,总有效率为90%;对照组痊愈5例,有效14例,无效11例,总有效率为63.3%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :"项八针"治疗神经根型颈椎病具有较好的疗效,能有效缓解患者症状,提高生活质量。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the ＂Eight-pin＂ in the treatment of the cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods： From Jan 2013 to July 2014, 60 cases of the cervical spondylosis of nerve root type confirmed by the traumatology department were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control one with 30 cases each. The treatment group was treated with ＂Eight-pin＂ and the control one with the ultrashort wave. The two groups were treated three times a week and ten times for one course. The clinical treatment effects were compared between two groups after the treatment. Results： In the treatment group, 8 cases were cured, 19 ones improved and 3 ones had no effect. The total effective rate was 90%. In the control group, 5 cases were cured, 14 ones improved and 11 had no effect. The total effective rate was 63.3%. The differences between two groups had the statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of ＂Eight-pin＂ has a good effect in the treatment of the cervical spondylosis of nerve root type and can effectively alleviate the symptoms of the patients and improve their life quality.
