摘要
溶剂脱沥青装置脱沥青油相加热炉H103对流室炉管发生腐蚀泄漏,通过检查泄漏部位腐蚀状况,并从加热炉瓦斯硫含量、排烟温度、烟气氧含量、吹灰情况及炉管壁厚监测等方面对泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:炉管腐蚀为烟气硫酸露点腐蚀和垢下腐蚀共同作用的结果,并针对导致炉管腐蚀泄漏的原因,提出了相应的整改对策,确保了加热炉检修后的安全运行。
In one heating furnace of the solvent deasphalting unit,the corrosion and leakage occurred in the furnace tube of H103 convection chamber. By checking the corrosion situation of leakage positions,the leakage reasons were analyzed from the aspects of the sulfur content of heating furnace gas,exhaust temperature,oxygen content of the flue gas,dust blowing situation,wall thickness monitoring of the furnace tube,and so on. The results show that the corrosion of furnace tube was the result of the interaction of dew point corrosion of flue gas and the under-deposit corrosion. In view of corrosion and leakage reasons of the furnace tube,the corresponding improvement measures were proposed to ensure the safe operation after overhaul.
