摘要
针对辽河石化公司新建60万t/a连续重整装置四合一加热炉辐射室炉墙冬季施工成本高且不易保证质量的情况,通过分析、计算、比较后采用内壁刷防酸露点腐蚀涂料+50mm憎水型陶瓷纤维板CBD-100-340+一层阻气铝箔+150mm高铝陶纤模块CM-135-2(10mm陶瓷纤维毯CB-120-2)代替原设计的50mm轻质隔热耐火浇注料+150mm高铝陶纤模块CM-135-2(含浇注料侧10mm陶瓷纤维毯CB-120-2)炉墙。使用效果表明,采用新方案不仅完全满足设计要求,而且不受冬季施工环境的影响。
Facing the problem of high cost construction and uneasy to ensure the quality in win- ter for radiant chamber wall of newly built 60 ~ 104 t/a quadruple furnace in continuous reforming units in Liaohe Chemical Company, after analysis calculation and comparison, the new furnace wall lining brush anti-acid dew point corrosion material+ 50 mm hydrophobic type ceramic fiber board CBD-100-340q-one layer of gas barrier aluminum foilq- 150 mm high alumina ceramic fiber module CM-135-2 (10 mm ceramic fiber blanket CB-120-2) replace the original wall design that mainly contains 50 mm heat insulation refractory castable-I-150 mm high alumina ceramic fiber module CM-135-2 (castable and 10 mm ceramic fiber blanket CB-120-2). The result shows that the new plan not only meets design requirements, but also without being restricted in winter con- struction.
