摘要
我国高等职业教育必须走"校企合作、工学结合"的发展道路,这是培养适应社会需要的技术技能型人才的重要措施和必要途径,而多元办学主体的事实必然要求高职教育校企合作突破传统的治理模式。面对着行为动机差异大、专用性投资不足、发展环境不确定性大、合作过程协调成本高等交易特征及运作问题,高职教育开展校企合作需要以符合利益相关者组织特质的"共同治理、动态治理、开放治理"原则,在信任治理和契约治理的双边治理模式基础上,充分发挥政府的干预作用,实施混合治理模式,为构建高效率的校企合作提供理论借鉴和工作参考,实现校企深度融合。
The development of China's higher vocational education must take the mode of "college-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning", which is the important measures and necessary approach to cultivate the technical skilled talents to satisfy the needs of the society. Meanwhile, the college-enterprise cooperation of higher vo- cational education must break through the traditional governance mode in the face of multiple subjects. Because of the transaction characteristics and operation problems, such as the large difference of motivation, the insufficiency of spe- cific investment, the big uncertainty of development environment, the high costs of coordination in the cooperation process, the higher vocational education should choose the integrative governance mode to govern the college-enter- prise cooperation based on the bilateral governance mode including trust governance and contract governance. Ac- cording to the principles of "shared governance, dynamic governance and open governance", we should construct the benefit community between the higher vocational colleges and the enterprises, and introduce the role of government intervention. The aim is to provide theoretical reference for constructing efficient college-enterprise cooperation and realize the deeply integration of production and teaching in vocational education.
