摘要
网络搜索数据记录了用户的搜索关注与需求,能为基于旅游经济行为构建智慧旅游公共服务体系提供必要的信息基础和决策参考。文章采用百度指数,且以武汉市为例,对城市旅游与景区网络关注度的时空变化特征进行了对比分析,发现当前武汉旅游核心竞争优势不明显,建议从个性化定制游客市场、旅游信息资源整合、选择黄鹤楼等试点景区入手完善在线旅游信息服务集群和相关部门的信息沟通机制,从而成功构建"以人为本"的武汉智慧旅游公共服务体系。
According to tourism economic behavior, websearch records reflect concerns and interests of potential tourists providing necessary information anddecision-making reference for constructing public service system of smart tourism. Based on Baidu index, this paper conducted an empirical study of comparing the network attention of city tourism and scenic area in Wuhan. The results showed that there were notobvious advantages in core competitiveness of Wuhan tourism. Thus, in order to build the people- oriented public service system of smart tourism in Wuhan this studysuggestes that: 1) the tourist market of Wuhan should be personalized; 2)some tourism information resources should be integrated; 3) Wuhan can choose some pilot scenic areas such as Yellow Crane Tower to improve the cluster of online travel information service and the information communication mechanism among related departments.
