摘要
为了提高煤层钻孔封孔的成功率,保证抽放效果,同时降低封孔成本,以贵州省六盘水市钟山区正高煤矿M51#煤层15102B工作面为工程背景,采用普通水泥、硫铝酸钙水泥熟料、石灰、石膏等材料的复配得到的一种主动膨胀、高强度的钻孔密封材料进行瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔实验。通过对十二个试验孔和十二个对比孔每次检测的浓度进行整理可知,该材料在正高煤矿本煤层钻孔进行密封应用中,与原有的仅采用袋装马丽散封孔袋密封的方法相比,瓦斯抽采浓度有了大幅度的提高。
To improve the success rate of coal seam drilling hole sealing,ensure drainage effect and reduce the sealing cost,based on the engineering background of Liupanshui Zhongshan District Zhenggao coal mine M51#seam 15102 B working face,an active expansion,high strength hole sealing material was developed for gas drainage borehole sealing experiment,with Portland cement,sulphoaluminate calcium aluminate cement,lime,gypsum,etc. According to the concentrations of 12 test holes and 12 comparison holes,the material was applied in the coal seam drilling in Zhenggao coal mine,the gas drainage concentration was greatly improved compared with original method( using only Marithan bag).
